Macerata won 3-2 and my personal MVP is SAVANI!!! He was very good in attack during the whole match but what is more important is his reception was very good tonigh!!! Omrcen was killer in 4th and 5th set, middles were very good during the whole match but unused before 4th set... Travica did okay in 5th set but without him and with any other low rated setter instead of him (Sottile, Coscione etc etc) Macerata would have better results for sure... and of course with De Cecco, Grbic, Meoni or Vermiglio Macerata would be tittle contender in every competition...
Congrulations to Macerata and I just can't wait to see 3rd match... great show expected of course

Is it true, that if Macerata won't be a champion De Cecco is coming there instead of Travica?Macerata won 3-2 and my personal MVP is SAVANI!!! Seems like Mosna wants to keep Juantorena but I don't get how much should he pay for it and I heard that they're not in the best economic situation...
and it also says that if Macerata doesn't win the Scudetto, Travica will leave. At the moment De Cecco has probably offers from the whole italian A1
(though if Macerata takes the De Cecco they'll have the problem with the foreigners rule: they have to take an italian opp., or keep Savani as opp. of course..)

As i have seen form the official site http://www.legavolley.it/NewsLeggi.asp?tipo=3&ID=40035 this stands but i would like someone to confirm it please as my italian are not the best - also Wijsmans is out?Is this Official? As i have seen form the official site http://www.legavolley.it/NewsLeggi.asp?tipo=3&ID=40035 this stands but i would like someone to confirm it please as my italian are not the best - also Wijsmans is out?Is this Official? no Wijsmans is not out, he will regularly play...he has just received a yellow card! Omrcen instead has already received several of them and he must stay out; the club can't change the disqualification into a sanction because they already did this in Decmeber right with Omrcen...
