It's probably easier for Logan to speak in Portuguese. Fabiana knows English a little, but I notice she doesn't speak it much even in FIVB interviews.

In the Grand Prix Finals in Macau this year, I saw Logan hug Fabiana and the Brazilian asst. coach after their match. Then Logan talked to them in Portuguese. I also saw Logan hugging the injured Brazilian players (Paula and Mari). Logan seems to be friends with a number of the Brazilian players.


Looks like Fenerbahce will be a tri-lingual team (Portuguese, English, Turkish). Maybe even Italian.

It's a reunion. =) On Fabiana's very first season in a club, back in 02/03, Logan was her partner, in her experience in Brazil, playing for Minas. I bet Logan, being such a traveled person, is gonna help Fabi with this transition.

Ow Kim but Kim's english is more understandable than Ze Roberto At least she is not talking too fast like Ze Roberto By the way where is Fabiana's interview?

'' Sokolova was together with us previous season too.We had a brazilian setter Fofao,so a little we predicted Fabiana.Fabiana is really a sweet person.She smiles a lot really but she can't speak English,Tom Logan helps to us with portuguese for communucation.Tom Logan is amazing really.Since 4-5 days we are doing trainings together,she is such a good player that any people can realize that she is a very good athlete.She is touching to impossible balls in defence.I have watched her in barbell trainings and she looks a very disciplined person indeed and Kim is my room mate and she kills me She is incredibly a funny person.Yesterday during match i laughed a lot because of her,she learnt a little Turkish.She is asking me some words and the interesting thing she never forgets Yesterday i congrulated her and she told me '' Tesekkur ederim,tesekkur ederim,tesekkur ederim (It means thank you ) and finally i asked her don't you know another word diffrent than '' Tesekkur ederim'' ??? and she told me '' Rica ederim (You are welcome ) Inside of match i must be serious but her moves,mimics makes me laugh and we are playing side by side in game.A very funny and sweet person and a little crazy ''
