Vissoto got injuried a few weeks ago, at the time everyone though he would not be able to play this weekend for Brasil, luckly he could get back, but still definetly very away from his shape. Bulgaria is amazing team and in any match between Brasil and Bulgaria the result can go each way......now even more, when players from both teams are still in not in their best, things can be even more impredictable.

I respect Bulgaria team very much, and I really like a lot of players from it, but I trust my boys, and specially Bernardinho...of course Giba, Dante and Seginho absent so far makes a difference for us....I think it would make for any team in the world....but Thiago Alves and Murilo are both capable of being first in any team in the world in my opinion as well, and Mario Junior, well...I ahve to say he is not my second favorite libero in Brasil...I think that had other that made better league, but Bernaridnho trust him, and like someone said he didnt make troubles for our team today, hope agai dont do tomorrow ^^

During the game today, the tv showed an interview with setter Ricaridnho, he is already in Brasil for next season......and for what looks like, I think there is a big chance for us all to see him back in NT in future....dont know if already this year...but, lets wait and see....

he said he could talk already with Giba, Murilo, Rodrigão and Gustavo, and everyone let the old problems in the back, they talked and solved out....he seems to be happy that he could undo the mistakes from the pass ^^ :drink:

They did it again; despite a lot of mistakes in reception and service the young Cuban team defeated Argentina. The attack was superb :super:
Missing Michael Sanchez…..lol Cuba needs desperately a good opposite.
BTW anybody knows what happened to “El Ruso” :call:

Korea hopefully will beat Netherlands. Hard game with them will be also.

Sorry to disappoint, but it seems as though Korea might indeed have a hard time winning this morning.

Get out with these statistics :teach: , Alexiev made such a mistake in the end of the 4th set. Typical for him! If Boyan wasn't injured we could've taken out 2 games. I don't understand why Italy has beaten France with 3-0. Prandi says tomorrow we'll take them out. I'm surprised with Russia-USA game. Korea hopefully will beat Netherlands. Hard game with them will be also.

what's wrong with boyan? he's injured again? he's been out for 1 yr already.

What a win for Brazil - from our idiotic mistakes - especially Alexiev, in the 2nd set - again harachiri from 8-10 15-10... Sokolov made crucial mistakes - he is young, but see Saatkamp was injured. At least 1 point we've taken.

Yesterday Bulgaria was generally the stronger opponent but made 11 more mistakes and lost with -6 pts. I bet on 3:2 for us and that was the logical result, unfortunately our team didn't act logically. Today was the logical 3:2 for Brazil - they played better than us, we still made 10 more mistakes than them and lost. We got 1 pt instead of 3 mainly because we were generous :) . Congratulations to the much more experienced team of Brazil (5 years more as average age I think), who played great in defense with Giba, but also big hopes for the future for us :bump:

Zhekov made so much mistakes with centres. Boyan is injured and won't play till games in Varna. There is still hope for us, we can take best 2nd place, at least from some help from Netherlands. I see they're in better shape than us, from Korea they won't loose, they have nothing to loose and surely will take 1-2 pts in host games with Bulgaria. Our team must work on mentality and in the end of the set.

yeah Brazil played better today
bulgaria could not threat Brasil with their service, instead they made sooooooooooooo many errors, also Kaziyski was not very good (only scored 10 points in 5 sets).
Sokolov played a very good 4th set, I think the future looks bright for that man :)

Congrats to Brazil....but was really a shame how the refferees hepled them couple of times...1 set 22:21 for Bulgaria...40cm out ball is given IN...22:22 instead of 23:21 in a deceicive moment in the first set. In the second also a similar ball but after Vlado Nikolov's attack was on the line just in front of the referee but he had given it out and then Murillo made the break... And I have never seen when a player has already flang up the ball in the air and they announced break...It was just because this is Giba and Brazil...if it was in Varna for example there won't be a refferee to permit this break....Anyway we got the point, we have a huge problems with the team but we will progress for sure in the next games :)

I forgot about referee mistakes - Murilo's spike and Vlado Nikolov's also. Oh, and also Giba with asking about our rotation, when Kazyiski was serving. We must learn not to make nerves big. Because of our mentality we loose with Poland - not that they played so better they think. There was only 1 time Plamen Konstantinov showed us how to beat Poland - with mentality in ECH 2007. In Varna I don't think we can take at least 1 pt. Now was the only time. But if we learn to play till the end like Serbia.

Referees were terible, but I dont think decisive, indeed really mistake first set, but gladly Bulgaria won that (I hate when mistakes make a difference) in second Nikolov balls was in, but so was Murilo service, that referee gave out.

Then well, I have to say brazilians were really upset with referee level of sets, he aloud everything....many mistakes in setting for Bulgaria (specially from Zherkov, that surprised me, I think he didnt do well today) and referee didnt anouced any of it....so, I dont think that mistakes from referees were decesive, or that help one or another team.

Brasil didnt make a good game in my opinion.....we didnt make many mistakes indeed....but our service were not efective at all, specially in fourth and fifth set!!!!! And Bulgaria in other hand made a lot of mistakes in service!

Sidão played ok in spike, but in block was terible!!!Always late!!!!!!And Bruninho I think made some bad choices too, Vissoto started bad, but after his good services in third set, he gained confidence, I think Bruninho could had used him a bit more.

Murilo for me made the difference again, he is doing great job. ^^ And also we could find a way to dont let Kaziyski play that much, he was less efective today then yesterday I think. Bernardinho asked the guys to service more against him, so he got worried with that too.

About Lucão, apperently everything fine with him, no serious injury, he left walking, just the small twist, but I think he will be ok soon.

Kaziyski is still not in shape, normally this targeting is not useful against him. Murilo today was less effective, he's been taken care for (partially). Giba and Visotto were very important for today's win, but the best spiker on the field was Tsvetan Sokolov :super:
