It is my pleasure to write to you given I am responsible for the Italian group of physical trainers with www.preparazionefisica.it.

Following the excellent results we have reached with our top teams, we have decided to create a web community to share our knowledge

This community started with the www.preparazionefisica.it site, and this site now has almost every trainer in Italy as a member, with Andrea Anastasy, coach of the national Men Team joining us last week.

We now have created www.conditioningzone.com, and this site has the same goal as the Italian site., and that is to disseminate and enhance the knowledge of training worldwide.

In Italy we are already a major "point of reference" and so we are searching for links and collaborations (would you like to exchange your link?) to become relevant for the rest of the world.
