Help about Premium Member

My name is bilal.I am from pakistan.I want also the member of Inside-Volley but i don't know that our country is not in list and second is that when ever i downloading the file it will not a Resume.I know that i am not a member if if i am a member then it will resume or not.Plz some body told me that why country not here.for exemple If i become the member and after this it will not working like RESUMUNG then What can i do.

This section of Inside-Volley is there to help users, who have problems using THIS site.
For example, having problems with posting, uploading avatars etc.

This section is NOT there to inform how to use special programs for editing videos or how to download from specific servers.
Sites as Megaupload, Rapidshare etc. do have their own FAQs, so if anybody is searching for help concerning these websites, should ask there and not here.
