Why to mention an unknown team here?

Torul is a small town in Northern Turkey and it's High School Team had the right to play in the 1. Leauge of Turkey 4 years after the establishment of the Volleyball Team and now Torul GB SK is in Play-Off of Turkish Men Volleyball Leaugue.
I call this as "The Torul Miracle".
