Potentially decisive changes in line-ups of Belgian league A teams:

- Roeselare: signed a new American setter "Ryan Ammerman" (< Piacenza) and a new outside hitter "Eerik Jago" (< Milan A2). Nico Freriks is dismissed.
Roeselare is currently ranked 3th, but dissapointed in most confrontations with Lennik and Maaseik. Freriks didn't meet the expectations. Also both Argentinians Poglajen and Imhoff are below expectations.
If Ammerman and Jago prove to be valuable additions, Roeselare can finally live up to expectations and be competitive with Maaseik.

- Menen: signed Kristof Hoho (< Aich/Dob, Austria). This is a huge improvement for Menen, currently ranked 5th.
In my opinion, Menen becomes a far more dangerous team with Hoho in their line-up. They could potentially beat everybody at home.

- Lennik: lost first setter Tim Verschueren, due to a "glandular fever" (klierkoorts). He will be out for weeks or months.
Lennik positioned itself as the second best team, after Maaseik. But now they have to rely on their second setter for the rest of the season. Now all of a sudden, Lennik will have a tough time against any opponent.
This weekend, they lost against PNV Waasland (ranked 8th).

Halen now called Herk-de-stad also bought a new outside hitter to replace the injured Deroey.His name is Mario Teppert.
